Aeons warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship (Aeons’ Standard Limited Warranty)  for a period of five (5) years following the date of purchase (the Original Warranty Period) unless stated otherwise. The customer must contact Aeons in writing or by oral communication confirmed in writing within the Original Warranty Period to report a product that the customer claims is defective. Customer must provide proof that the product is covered under warranty. This can be confirmed by proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt from Aeons authorized dealer. In the event a product is determined by Aeons to be defective (an Accepted Claim), Aeons will provide a remanufactured or replacement product or part (the Replacement Product) at no cost to the customer and issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Aeons will pay outbound freight of the repaired or replaced product to the customer.

In the case of an Accepted Claim, the customer shall be responsible for shipping back the defective product to Aeons under the provided RMA number within 30 days following receipt of the Replacement Product. If the customer fails to do so, Aeons has the right to invoice the customer for the price of the Replacement Product. Any exceptions to this return policy must be authorized by Aeons in writing in advance. Freight charges for the return shipment of the defective product for an Accepted Claim shall be borne by the customer, unless the defect is reported by the customer to Aeons in writing within the first 30 days following the customer’s receipt of the original product. Any Replacement Product that has been

provided under an Accepted Claim will be subject to Aeons’ Standard Limited Warranty for the remaining Warranty Period applicable to the original product or 90 days following the date of replacement, whichever occurs later.

To obtain warranty service, you must be the original purchaser/user of the product and you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from Aeons or an authorized Aeons service center. Products must be returned to Aeons or an authorized Aeons service center with transportation charges prepaid within 30 days of the product deficiency and must be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase.

The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable or improper use, neglect, improper service/installation/removal, modifications, acts of God, normal wear and tear or other causes not arising out of defective materials or workmanship. Interference of our product with other installed accessories is not covered under this warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

Aeons LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR OR TO DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLECT. Aeons MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED; AND Aeons WARRANTY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Please submit your support request and provide as much of the following information as possible to speed up the warranty claim process. Or send an email to : support@aeonstech.com

  • Detailed original purchase receipt (including customer name, product part number, and date of purchase)
  • Description of the concern and how it occurred
  • Pictures to show or help explain the concern in detail.

All returned products must be packaged to afford individual mechanical protection so damage does not occur while the product is in transit to Aeons. All packaging should be comparable to the packaging in which Aeons originally shipped the product. For multiple packages, each package must be labeled with the approved RMA number and properly sealed, and a copy of the RMA form must be enclosed with the shipment. The distributor or customer must enclose a packing list identifying the contents in each shipping carton.
